Ben Pollack

I am a Minneapolis based UX Designer with a background in ceramic mosaics and tile as well as Graphic Design. I am a firm believer in simplicity in design and basic elements to guide the user.

Taking the elements and distilling it down to the most simple and informative pieces that I can use to portray the idea and concept behind the piece. By reaching out to the users and discovering their wants and needs it can more effectively lead the design into a useful effective tool that the user wants to use. I also feel that to use design effectively there must be a balance of skill and intuition. By using intuition to hone skill there can be the strongest design that can both bend and break the rules and still effectively portray the design.
